Step 1. Register Your Information
If you are a current Time Warner Cable San Antonio customer, you
will need to provide your Time Warner Cable account number in
order to first register for the Refer-A-Friend
program. Remember, the e-mail address you provide will be
the e-mail address you use to log in.

Step 2. Add Your Friend's Information
Be sure to have your friend's name, home address, phone number,
and e-mail address handy. Indicate which of the following Time
Warner Cable services your friend wishes to sign up for: Digital
Phone service, Digital
Cable service, Road
Runner service, or any combination of the three.

Step 3. Be Sure Your Friend Contacts Time Warner Cable
After you submit your friend's information, encourage your friend to contact Time Warner Cable and sign up for the service(s) you indicated.
Your friend needs to be installed within sixty (60) days of your
online referral, otherwise your referral is invalid. If your friend has already signed up for any of the services you indicated (prior
to your online referral), your referral is invalid.

Get Appropriate Credit
Once your referral meets the requirements outlined below, we will credit your account accordingly: $25 per referral of either 1 or 2 of the services (Digital Phone, Digital Cable, or Road Runner), $50 per referral for all 3 services (Digital Phone, Digital Cable, and Road Runner).

The Refer-A-Friend
program is intended for use by Time Warner Cable customers to refer family
and friends.
By referring individuals, you are agreeing to the conditions outlined
below:
Referral must be initiated online prior to new customer's subscription
to service. Installation of a new Time Warner Cable subscriber must occur
within sixty (60) days of the online referral. After sixty (60) days,
the referral is no longer valid for this promotion. Both you and the referred
friend must be a paying Time Warner Cable San Antonio division customer
in good standing for sixty (60) days before credits are processed. If
the referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits
are forfeited. A referral credit has no cash value and will not be refunded.
At the time of the referral credit, both the referring and the referred
customer must be current in their payments or the credit will be denied.
Referrer is allowed only one credit payment per qualified referred account.
To be eligible for $50 credit, referred customer must place order for
all 3 services (Digital Cable, Road Runner, Digital Phone) at the same
time. Offer available to residential customers located in Time Warner
Cable San Antonio serviceable areas only. Apartment managers, building
managers, leasing representatives and other property management agents
may not refer customers discovered during the course of their everyday
new move-in duties, but are encouraged to contact their Time Warner Cable
Multidwelling Unit account executive for alternate referral methods. The
terms of this program may be changed at any time without notice. Employees
of Time Warner Cable and their immediate family members living
in same household of each are not eligible. Other restrictions may apply.
