SHIPPING INFORMATION There is NO SHIPPING CHARGE for self-install kits ordered online. Orders received prior to 11:00 a.m. on a weekday (Monday-Friday) will be shipped out that same day via FedEx Next-Day service. You should receive the orders by the following business day. Orders may be placed 7 days a week, and are shipped Monday through Friday. There is a surcharge of $1.99/month per converter for each extra converter ordered. Multiple orders will be shipped in separate boxes. If you would like to order a Digital converter and currently do not have one, you will need to add the Navigator for an additional $4.00.
